If I’m having a problem with the Run on Earth, what should I do?

From your iOS device’s home screen, double click on the home button. Then press down on the Run on Earth icon until it starts moving and then click the “x” button on the upper right corner. Then reopen the app to see if the problem is fixed. If needed, you can delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store. If you have created a PAFERS ID account, all your data is saved on the server, so you won’t lose your data if you delete the app.
